Delhi - Jaipur - Agra - Mathura

Day 1- Delhi

Report to your hotel. Check-in time (10.00 a.m.). Your tour begins.
An early lunch before setting out to capture Delhi beginning Qutub Minar, the soaring tower of victory rising 73 m high and tapering from 15 m diameter base to just 2.5 m at the top. Next in line are the Birla Temple, Lotus Temple, the temple of the Bahais, Overnight stay at Delhi

Day 2- Jaipur

Morning departure to Jaipur, the Pink City of India. Visit Birla Mandir. Evening is for shopping. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 3- Jaipur

Your tour continues with a full day sightseeing in Jaipur. Visit the Amber fort, built by Maharaja Man Singh. Next is Kanak garden followed by Sawai Mansingh II Museum, where royal costumes and shawls including Kashmiri Pashmina shawls are on display. Get swept off your feet in Hawa Mahal, built in 1799. Last of the places is Jantar Mantar, an observatory built by Jai Singh. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 4 - Agra

Departure to Agra. En-route visit the Bhartpur Bird Sanctuary, world heritage listed bird sanctuary, the Keoladeo Ghana National park. It is the breeding ground for 120 bird species and where thousands of migratory birds come to flock. Visit Fatehpur Sikri, the capital of Emperor Akbar for 15 years in the late sixteenth century. Day 5 - Agra-Delhi

Behold the splendour of Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world and the world famous monument of love. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan as a mausoleum for his second wife Mumtaz Mahal, who died in childbirth in 1631. He was so heartbroken by the death of Mumtaz that his hair is said to have turned grey overnight. Later visit the massive red sandstone Agra Red fort on the bank of the Yamuna river. It was begun in 1565 by Emperor Akbar. Shaha Jahan upgraded it to a palace only to end up as its prisoner after Aurangzeb seized power in 1658. Next is a visit to Dayal Baug. After lunch, proceed to Delhi via Mathura and Vrindavan, if time permits. Overnight stay at Delhi.

Day 6 - Delhi

Check out at 10.00 a.m. and you complete the golden triangle to end the tour.
