Tour Itinerary

Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Bikaner - Jaipur

Day 1 - Jodhpur

Tour begins on checking in at your hotel at 10.00 a.m. in Jodhpur.
You are in Jodhpur, at the edge of the great Thar Desert. Take lunch and proceed to Umaid Bhawan Palace and Museum built of marble and pink sandstone. Next is Meherangarh Fort, sprawled across a 125 meter hilltop. Short distance away is Jaswant Thada, a white marble memorial. Shop in the evening. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.

Day 2- Jaisalmer

After breakfast, departure with the golden rays of the morning Sun to Jaisalmer, the Golden city. On arrival free time before the overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

Day 3- Jaisalmer

Visit Golden fort, built atop Trikuta hill. Within the fort walls are seven exquisitely carved Jain Mandirs. Next is a visit to Nathmal-ki-Haveli, built in the late 19th century. South of the city walls is the Gadi Sagar, a tank that still supplies water to Jaisalmer. Proceed to Salim Singh-ki-Haveli, built about 300 years ago. Last of the havelis is Patwon-ki-Haveli, the most elaborate and magnificent of them all. Evening attraction is Sand Dunes at Sam & an exciting camel safari. On the way visit Lodurva Jain Temple. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

Day 4 - Bikaner

Departure to Bikaner. On way visit Karni Mata Mandir where thousands of rats are worshiped. Proceed to Junagarh fort. Overnight stay at Bikaner.

Day 5- Jaipur

In the morning, leave for Jaipur, the Pink City of India. Arrive in the backdrop of golden sunset. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 6- Jaipur

Full day sightseeing in Jaipur. Visit the Amber fort, built by Maharaja Man Singh. Next is Kanak garden followed by Sawai Mansingh II Museum. Get swept off your feet in the Hawa Mahal, built in 1799. Last of the places in this Pink city is Jantar Mantar, an observatory begun by in 1728 by Jai Singh whose passion for astronomy overshadows his achievements on the battlefield. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 7- Jaipur

Hotel checkout at 10 a.m. Your tour concludes at Jaipur railway station. Return home with golden memories streaked by Pink.
