• Day - 1: Cochin calling
Welcome to one of India's major seaports -
Cochin. Report at the hotel(12 .00 noon). Kick back your
shoes and laze around in the Kerala sun or go on a shopping
spree. Overnight stay at Cochin.
• Day - 2 : Cochin-Munnar
confessions
Let Cochin cast its magic on you as you bask in the beauty
of Dutch Palace (Mattancherry Palace), St. Francis Church
where Vasco-De-Gama was first cremated & World renowned
Jewish Synagogue. Later, witness unique fishing techniques
found only on the coasts of Cochin. Overnight stay at
Cochin.After lunch depart to Munnar. En-route visit Kaladi
Adi Shankaracharya Ashram. Overnight stay at Munnar.
• Day - 3 : Munnar musings
Dedicate an entire day to Munnar's wonders which includes -
Idukki wild life sanctuary where endangered species of Thar
Goat are found (only wild goat found in India), Annamudi -
the highest peak in south India & end the day by boating in
the back waters of Mattupetty Dam. Overnight stay at Munnar.
• Day - 4 : Wilderness at Periyar
Gear yourself for adventure as you depart to Periyar wild
life sanctuary (a tiger project) in the morning. On arrival,
enjoy boat ride in the cool dark blue/green waters; treat
your eyes to the beautiful lush green surroundings & meet
wild elephants, wild bore and rare species of aquatic birds
in flesh. Also add spice to your life at Spice Gardens,
where you can do shopping for fresh Cardamom, Cloves etc.
Overnight stay at Thekkadi.
• Day - 5 : Amazing Alleppey
Depart to Alleppey. Enjoy the tranquil waters as you take a
boat ride in the backwaters of Alleppey (called as Venice of
East). The ride takes you from Alleppey to lake Wembnad at
Kottayam and back. Overnight stay at Alleppey.
• Day - 6 : Coming to Cochin
After lunch, bid goodbye to Alleppey and depart to Cochin.
Enjoy the evening shopping at Cochin. Overnight stay at
Cochin.
• Day - 7 : Bidding goodbye to
Cochin
Aftre Breakfast checkout from the hotel & tour ends with
your memories as you return to your destination.
